Litigation Solicitor (2-5 Years PQE) - Bournemouth

A leading Bournemouth practice are looking for a confident and capable Litigation Solicitor with around 2-5 years'' PQE to join their growing team and handle a broad range of contentious matters.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload with support from senior colleagues, working across a range of civil and commercial disputes. The work may include:Debt recovery and enforcementConstruction-related disputesCommercial and contractual litigationContentious probate and Inheritance Act claimsCounty Court and High Court proceedings, including cost budgeting

What We''re Looking For :2-5 years'' PQE in litigationSolid understanding of CPR and County Court processesFamiliarity with High Court claims and cost managementStrong technical ability in at least one of the listed practice areasA proactive, commercially minded approachExcellent communication and client-handling skillsA team player who''s keen to contribute to business development and team growth
