Due to the nature of the role it would be ideal if the successful candidate lived in the Midlands. The successful candidate must be multi skilled but with a main discipline of joinery. Work across other sectors such as plumbing and plastering may be required. Previous experience working on fire doors is essential for this position and it would be beneficial for the right candidate to have worked in social housing previously. The successful candidate must also have a valid DBS and a clean UK driving licence. A company vehicle will be provided alongside a fuel card.
