Responsibilities
Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business growthProvide expert advice on complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and employment lawManage talent, support development, and succession planningWork on organisational design and change management initiativesUse data to support people-focused initiativesChampion colleague engagement, wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusionFocus on performance and absence managementMaintain strong relationships with Trade Union representatives
Qualifications
CIPD Level 5 would be advantageous but not essentialStrong people partnering experienceExperience with Trade Unions and ideally in a blue-collar environmentExcellent communication and influencing skillsKnowledge of employment law and employee relations managementA commitment to promoting diversity and inclusionPeople Management experienceExperience in a fast-paced environment, such as distribution or retail
