Our client is a well-established residential developer seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the internal fit-out of a new-build apartment scheme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the 1st and 2nd fix works working in a block of 92 units, ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities related to the apartment fit-out
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across all finishing trades
• Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, particularly during finishing stages
• Maintain strict health and safety compliance on site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments
• Strong background in managing 1st and 2nd fix fit-out packages
• SMSTS, First Aid, and valid CSCS card are essential
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
