This is an interim requirement supporting maternity cover. You will partner directly with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, embed scalable governance frameworks, and advance a forward-looking transformation agenda across a globally distributed team.You will act as a trusted advisor to the CoE Lead, serving as the connective tissue across regions, functions, and partnerships ensuring alignment, transparency, and momentum on strategic priorities.
