Up to £90,000 Base plus performance bonus c £99,000 OTEType: Full Time – PermanentLocation: Central London, SE1 (Hybrid: 3 Days Per Week)Services: Microsoft Cloud IT solutions, hybrid working, modern workplace, cyber security, networking, and governance and compliance.Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performing PMO team; set clear goals, foster accountability, and drive continuous improvement.Own customer and stakeholder relationships ensuring transparency, alignment, and successful delivery across all projects.Design scalable, efficient project methodologies and implement robust risk management and change control processes.Optimize resource planning; track performance via KPIs and dashboards; oversee commercial governance to maximise profitability and utilisation.Provide strategic direction across post-sales, delivery, and transition into operations.Qualifications and Experience

Industry-recognised project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile/Scrum).Proven track record as a senior PMO leader within an IT Managed Service Provider, ideally in a Microsoft cloud environment.Experience evolving and scaling complex project delivery teams with robust processes and methodologies.Commercial acumen in project financial governance, including budgeting and forecasting, and handling scope changes.Proven people leadership, including coaching, career development, onboarding, and performance management.About You
