This hands-on role involves the precise assembly and soldering of electronic components and sub-assemblies for use in a range of technical products.You''ll play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, working in a clean, well-equipped production environment as part of a supportive team.Key Responsibilities:Assemble electro-mechanical components and wiring harnesses to technical drawings and build instructionsCarry out quality checks and rework where requiredInterpret and work from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructionsUse hand tools and semi-automated assembly equipmentMaintain accurate records of work and follow internal quality and safety proceduresAssist with testing, fault-finding, and final assembly of products as neededRequirements:Proven experience in soldering and electronic/mechanical assemblyStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructionsComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamA proactive and flexible attitude with a willingness to learnBenefits:Competitive salary up to 30,000 per annum (DOE)Pension schemeOn-site parkingOpportunities
