As a graduate, you\''ll join our expert Financial Planning team, working with individuals, families, and businesses to build tailored financial plans that support their goals and prepare for the unexpected. You\''ll learn how to assess a client\''s full financial picture, build flexible, goal-oriented plans, recommend services and products that deliver long-term value, and collaborate with colleagues in Investment Management. You\''ll gain hands-on experience while studying for the Personal Finance Society Diploma (DipPFS), with the opportunity to progress to Chartered Financial Planner status through the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

Responsibilities

Supporting qualified Financial Planners with client work

Preparing and reviewing financial plans

Drafting client communications and valuation packs

Attending client meetings and helping preserve and grow their wealth

Collaborating with other advisers across the business

QualificationsWe welcome graduates from all disciplines who are:

On track for or have achieved a 2:1 degree or above

Have 112 UCAS points from top 3 A-levels (excluding General Studies)

Hold GCSE Grade 5 (or B) in English Language and Maths

Committed to completing DipPFS and progressing to Chartered status

Passionate about helping people make confident financial decisions
