The Role of the Product Specialist Engineer Office Based (Sussex) 2 days per week, working from home 3 days per week. The role will primarily consist of providing remote Hardware support for a portfolio of instruments and solutions as well as customer and employee training. The scope of support includes customers and colleagues within the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Being involved in Complaint Review, Analysis and Trending processes based on performance metrics.
