You will lead a specialist team with a strong reputation across London and Kent, acting for a diverse client base including SME businesses, developers, investors, landlords, charities, and healthcare professionals. The role combines high-quality transactional and advisory work with strategic leadership and business development.What You''ll Be Doing

Managing and growing the Commercial Property team, driving departmental strategy and performanceHandling a varied caseload including development, landlord and tenant, lease renewals, acquisitions/disposals, business sales/purchases, and real estate financeBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships while developing new business opportunitiesLeading, mentoring, and supporting colleagues within the departmentPlaying a key role in the firm''s wider growth and business development plansWhat We''re Looking For

10+ years PQE

with extensive experience in Commercial PropertyStrong technical expertise across development, landlord and tenant, and investment transactionsProven leadership skills with a collaborative, team-focused approachExcellent client care and business development track record, ideally with established referrer relationshipsCommercially astute, strategic, and ambitious, with enthusiasm to help grow the departmentWhy Join?
