Our-client-based-in-Farnborough-are-looking-for-a-strong-Administrator-to-join-their-friendly-team.The-hours-are-full-time-(flexibility-required-around-event-days)-and-hybrid-working-is-available-two-days-at-home.-You-will-be-supporting-the-planning,-coordination,-and-delivery-of-events-by-managing-logistics,-administration,-and-operational-tasks.

Key-Responsibilities:
Event-Logistics-&-Coordination
Support-the-planning-and-execution-of-international-event-logistics
Coordinate-supplier-bookings,-deliveries,-and-on-site-requirements.
Liaise-with-external-suppliers
Prepare-event-materials-such-as-schedules,-equipment-lists-etc.
Administrative-Support
Maintain-event-documentation,-databases,-and-shared-folders.
Track-budgets,-invoices,-and-purchase-orders,-ensuring-timely-processing.
Manage-event-registrations,-guest-lists,-and-attendee-communications.
On-Site-Event-Support
Provide-hands-on-support-during-event-setup,-delivery,-and-breakdown.
Act-as-a-point-of-contact-for-suppliers,-staff,-and-attendees.
Troubleshoot-issues-quickly-and-professionally-to-ensure-smooth-event-operations.
