A secondary responsibility is to support the technical development of the company''s products by contributing insights into usability and user experience (UX), developing a deep understanding of product capabilities, and clearly describing how products are deployed and used in real-world environments.Based within the Engineering department, reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer.
