Reporting directly to the Group Head of Finance, the Financial Controller will provide financial leadership, oversee management and statutory reporting, and play a key role in supporting business performance. The key duties of this role will include: Lead a finance team of 6 finance / admin staff Full ownership of Monthly Management Accounts, reporting and cashflow forecasting Manage balance sheet controls, and statutory processes Lead the annual budget cycle reporting on variance analysis Improve financial processes, systems and controls Provide strong business support to the Executive Management Team, whilst offering a full commercial insight Collaborate with sales and operational teams to ensure business continuity The ideal candidate profile: The ideal candidate will be a fully Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years PQE, you will be a dynamic and commercial individual who can operate at all levels.
