The role: Oversee and execute system implementation initiatives from start to finish Maintain consistent communication with clients to drive project progress, collaborating closely with client and company teams Provide expert consultancy services including facilitating workshops, offering strategic guidance, and assisting with data migration efforts Take ownership of the client relationship by offering proactive support, strategic advice, and continuous value Assist clients in preparing for and planning their system upgrades Lead and support product demonstrations and user training sessions Organise and align resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget Requirements: Experience with full lifecycle implementation or upgrades and enhancements and have deep knowledge of the Worktribe product 3 years+ exposure and experience with one or more modules such as Opportunities, Pre Awards, P
