The Maintenance Operative Role; Learns directly from current Maintenance Mechanics on how to perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment such as, Gear boxes, Electric Motors, Hydraulic Pumps / Valves, Pneumatic / Hydraulic cylinders, Cranes, Automatic Saws, Conveyor / Belt systems, Schematic and blue print reading, flame cutting and welding/fabrication. Repairs and replaces defective parts Consistently lubricates and cleans parts Performs and lockout/tagout procedures according to company policy Assists Mechanics with new and replacement equipment Performs preventative maintenance with regular inspections Working on a rotating shift pattern - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm The Candidate; Previous maintenance experience beneficial Highly m
