Our client is a highly regarded Legal 500 ranked firm, renowned for its leading work in the Thames Valley region. They are currently seeking a knowledgeable contentious private client solicitor to join their market-leading team in Reading.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

Tackling a variety of work including will disputes, inheritance act claims, trust disputes and more.

Advise a range of clients from private individuals to trustees and trust companies, executors, deputies across multiple jurisdictions and charities.

Working on your own files whilst also assisting senior team members.

Delivering exceptional client service.

As a lawyer in this team, you will find a rare balance of outstanding clients and caseloads whilst working within a firm that are recognised for their inclusive culture and supportive work environment. You will also be working alongside several noted practitioners of contested probate work, providing you with ongoing mentoring and development from some of the most experienced in this sector in the Southeast.
