Job Title: Finishing Foreman - New Build Timber Frame HousingLocation: NottinghamContract Type: Freelance Start Date: ASAPLinsco are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a leading residential contractor on a new build timber frame housing development. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the final stages of construction, ensuring high-quality finishes and delivering homes to the expected standard, on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and work with all finishing trades on-site (e.g. carpentry, painting, flooring, snagging, etc.)Use your own tools to complete snags to ensure the handover of plotsEnsure all work is completed to specification and in line with quality standardsLiaise with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflowEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations at all timesReport on progress, issues, and timelines to the project teamRequirements:Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on new build housing developmentsPrevious work with timber frame construction highly desirableStrong knowledge of finishing trades and quality standardsExcellent eye for detail and commitment to delivering a quality productGood communication and coordination skillsSMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferredOwn tools and transport If you are interested in this role, please apply with your cv.
