The Role
They are looking to appoint a Civil Engineer to join their Leeds office, supporting a growing pipeline of work across multiple sectors.
You’ll be part of a collaborative civils team, gaining exposure to both technical delivery and project management, while also supporting junior team members.
This role offers a strong balance of hands-on design, client interaction, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design of drainage and infrastructure for development projects

- Preparation of:

- Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) designs
- Drainage strategies and supporting reports

- Production of drainage networks using Civil 3D
- Liaison with local authorities, design teams, and stakeholders
- Support multidisciplinary project coordination
- Mentor apprentices and graduate engineers

What They’re Looking For

- Experience in civil engineering design (consultancy environment)
- Strong drainage design capability (SuDS focus)
- Proficiency with Civil 3D for drainage networks
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and design teams
- Interest in working across multiple sectors (public and private)
- Working towards chartership (ICE, CIWEM or similar)
