Key Responsibilities:Own and prioritise the Operational Resilience backlog and roadmap across multiple resilience workstreamsLead Service Chain Mapping, Scenario Testing, and Proactive Resilience initiativesDrive resilience-by-design practices, scenario testing, and resilience automation across technology teamsImprove visibility of service dependencies, resilience risks, and critical business service impactsChampion tooling enhancements, digital transformation, and process improvementsDeliver resilience metrics, governance, reporting, and management informationEngage senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Resilience, and Business functionsEnsure alignment with regulatory requirements, impact tolerances, and risk appetiteRequirements:Proven Product Owner experience within a large banking or highly regulated environmentStrong knowledge of Operational Resilience, Scenario Testing, or Service Chain MappingAgile delivery expertise with strong backlog and roadmap management skillsUnderstanding of service resilience, incident management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational riskExperience driving tooling, automation, and process transformation initiativesECS
