What you''ll be doing:

• Leading the development and scale-up of new food products from concept to full factory production.
• Driving improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality.
• Managing factory trials - coordinating materials, documentation, HACCP meetings, and signoffs.
• Collaborating with production, planning, and technical teams to ensure seamless trial execution.
• Engaging with customers during panels and supporting product refinement and optimisation.

What we''re looking for:

• Proven experience in food manufacturing in process development or quality management
• Strong understanding of factory processes and ingredient functionality in large-scale production.
• Confident project manager with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Skilled in interpreting Retailer briefs and delivering viable solutions.
• Passionate about the food industry and a genuine interest in process and kit.
