The business operate in Darwen using Chemical processes and multiple production lines to ensure the optimisation of output.DescriptionAs the Production Team Leader your responsibilities are as follows; Manage daily production operations to meet output targets while ensuring product quality.Manage a team of 5 operatives across 15 productions lines, with 3 running at any one time.Supervise and train production staff on best practices and safety protocols.Manage stock levels accuracy.Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities as needed.Control the flow of products, materials, and supplies into and out of a business.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.Support of trials to enable development and validation of new products requirementsProfileA successful Production Team Leader should have the following; Experience of a team leader, supervisory position within a manufacturing businessExperience of dealing with issues such as Scheduling, labour, HR, disciplinariesExc
