You will be the heartbeat of our donor stewardship programme, ensuring our supporters feel valued and appreciatedLocation: Southwark, London (Just a 4-minute walk from Southwark train station)Contract: Temporary for three months, has the opportunity of going permanentPay: 14.84phWorking Hours: 21 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and ThursdayHybrid/remote/onsite: Fully onsite initiallyYour Responsibilities Will Include:Leading the delivery of high-quality thank-you communications.Collaborating with the Supporter Care Coordinator (Data) to manage and accurately enter donor information.Creating and maintaining processes for efficient gift recording and thanking.Engaging with supporters through phone, email, and post in a friendly and transparent manner.Managing the fundraiser inquiries inbox and supporting challenge event fundraisers. What We''re Looking For:Experience in high-quality donor or customer care.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.IT competence and proficiency in data entry.Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.A proactive approach to creating and improving processes.
