Responsibilities Assist clients in identifying suitable mortgage products tailored to their needs. Provide professional advice and guidance on mortgage options, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Manage and process mortgage applications efficiently, liaising with lenders and other stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes. Support senior brokers and contribute to the overall success of the team. Experience Required At least 12 months of experience in a mortgage sales related role.CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
