Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

Our client are a Residential developer, based in and around Cambridge,-that are looking for an experienced and established Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to assume fullresponsibility from project instruction to final account..-

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Administer project documentation and contracts
• Produce budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts
• Prepare interim valuations, price variations, and manage change orders
• Coordinate subcontractor packages, procurement activities, and payment schedules
• Monitor expenditures, reconcile accounts, and produce detailed performance reports
• Finalise accounts, warranties, guarantees, and project close-out records
• Engage clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain commercial alignment

Qualifications needed:

• Degree, HND, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction.
• Experience in JCT Contracts
• Experience in Residential projects
