For this, we''re seeking a Manufacturing / Line Technician, or Machine operative with experience in operating and working on production / packing machinery within a similar Food or FMCG or manufacturing background, such as food or packaging manufacturing, print or similar. You ll need to be willing to learn, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You''ll need good knowledge of GMP and experience of working to strong HandS guidelines, with manufacturing machinery. Good knowledge of production KPI''s such as OEE, output, waste etc.Hours / Shifts: Nights (40 hours PW)Monday to Friday 10pm-6amOvertime is available Fantastic benefits!Summary of core responsibilities: Maintenance and Health and Safety: Complete pre-start machine set-up and adjust settings throughout shift to maintain quality parameters. Identify faults on line and communicate with Production and Engineering teams to ensure root cause faults are identified and rectified. Health and Safety is adhered to at all times All Near misses/issues raised Quality Assurance: Drive standards
