The role involves handling sales, purchases, and remortgages of freehold and leasehold properties, with some exposure to commercial property work being a bonus.The ideal candidate will have excellent client skills, thrive in a team environment, and be proactive in managing a busy caseload. Handle the full life cycle of residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with UK property law.
