Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer, they are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join their team. They are looking for a Process Engineer who thrives at the intersection of mechanical design and production. You ll guide the company s products from RandD prototypes to full production, embedding quality, consistency, and lean thinking at every stage. This role is pivotal in translating engineering intent into reliable assembly execution, ensuring design changes are validated, that tooling is fit-for-purpose, and that their production flow is built on solid engineering principles. Salary: £40,000.00 per year Hours of work: Monday Thursday, 6:40am - 4:45pm PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: You have a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing) Lean certification, or significant practical Lean methodology experience and hands-on implementation practices Familiarity with ISO9001 or IATF16949 Strong experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment Take pride in proactively validating tooling choices, work instructions, and process controls Can think modularly, engineer pragmatically, and communicate decisively Know how to engage production teams while maintaining technical authority Key Responsibilities: Oversee the transition of products from RandD prototypes to pre-production and full-scale manufacturing Collaborate with the Technical Director and Technical Manager to ensure design integrity
