You''ll work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to help children thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.SEN TA - Key Responsibilities:- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups with their learning and development- Assisting with the delivery of personalised learning plans- Helping pupils to build confidence, communication, and independence- Supporting the management of behaviour in a positive, inclusive way- Ensure a safe, caring and supportive learning environmentSEN TA - What We''re Looking For:- Experience working with children with SEN (particularly MLD, ASD, or communication difficulties) is highly
