Electrician (Social Housing) We are currently seeking a time-served, fully qualified Electrician to join our team, delivering high-quality work across both tenanted and void properties within the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently within domestic properties Undertake electrical testing and inspection work Work across both occupied (tenanted) and empty (void) properties Perform repairs on a variety of central heating systems where required About You Fully qualified, time-served Electrician Proven experience working within social housing Strong fault-finding, testing, and diagnostic skills Broad knowledge of domestic electrical systems and maintenance Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and workmanship
