We have the power and experience to make every airport travel experience memorable for your brand and business.From the joy of arrival to the wave of goodbye, we’ll light the way.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCreate SOPs for Food Safety Management in accordance with ISO 22000Closely liaise with support departments and implement the SOPs by mentoring, training, and evaluating colleaguesLead internal and coordinate external audits to ensure high scoresEstablish audit requirements to ensure ISO 22000 complianceLead risk assessments, gap analysis, and risk managementOwn the Hygiene Operating Manual and relevant documentationManage Food Safety Management System [FSMS] programsBuild a positive Food Safety, health, and Hygiene culture across business unitsIdentify and analyze hazards and risks using ISO 22000 and HACCP methodologiesAct as liaison and advisor with relevant departments and external partiesSupport HACCP accreditation effortsManage stakeholder and risk management processesDevelop corrective actions and ensure complianceDevelop training materials and record training activities per LandD standardsPrepare documentation for quality audits (ISO, HACCP)Report structural deficiencies related to food safety and HygieneManage pest control systemsHandle food complaints effectivelyLead preventive maintenance schedules with facilities managementJOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum 10 years’ management experience in international hotel chains or airline food catering at managerial levelMaster’s degree in microbiology or related fieldCertifications or accreditation for UKExperience with ISO 22000 and HACCP standardsPre-opening or new project management experienceBachelor’s degree in food science or Food TechnologyUnderstanding of HACCP implementation and executionStrong training, coaching, and online learning skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; analytical mindsetAbility to set directions, organize work, and communicate effectively
