A new Executive Director of Operations will be central to this next chapter - ensuring the services and support Scouts offers are effectively and efficiently delivered. Leading the majority of Scouts'' ''Movement-facing'' operational activities, you''ll provide strategic insight and positively impact the achievement of its wider mission. You''ll work across Scouts'' federated structure of Counties, Districts and 7,000 local groups. You''ll also play a key role in ensuring that the national team provides valuable and high-quality resources to support Scouts locally. You''ll join a collaborative Executive Leadership Team and contribute to a shared leadership approach with senior volunteers.
