A leading global financial institution is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) contractor for a hybrid role combining business analysis (70%) and project management (30%). The successful candidate will support strategic initiatives, drive change, and manage stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed business analysis to support implementation and change initiatives.Manage and coordinate project tasks independently, ensuring timely delivery.Facilitate and lead working group sessions with cross-functional teams.Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and provide updates.Align project activities with internal risk and control frameworks.Essential CriteriaProven experience in a hybrid PM/BA roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on implementation and change management.Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and lead working sessions.Experience working on risk/control projects is highly desirable.Background in Markets or Banking is a strong advantage.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Although the role is initially for a 6-month period there is a high possibility of extension.
