This is an advisory-only role, there is no compliance involved. You will enjoy a huge variety of interesting projects, such as the tax structuring of trade sales, private equity investments, management buyouts, initial public offerings, carve-outs / demergers, and associated planning. This role could suit you if you have some level of experience in advising shareholders and their companies on transactions, regardless of whether you primarily have a corporate or private client tax background (we have people from both within the team).
