Sales Engineer

Brook Street are searching for an enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our established client, based in their Nottinghamshire production centre covering their Northern sales territory. Our client has been in business for over 40 years and pride themselves on remaining a family-owned business. Over the past 40 years they have cemented their place as a specialist industry leader, who are now looking for a talented sales professional to assist in driving the business forward. Title - Sales EngineerSalary - 36,000 plus annual and quarterly bonusesHours - 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)Location - Northern Region (within circa 50 miles of Nottingham) Role Responsibilities -Management of existing client relationships, continuously working on these relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.Build a network of industry specific contacts and create a structured sales approach.Attend site meetings with clients to fully understand requirements and discuss feasibility.Design detailed proposals and quotations for customers.Attend monthly sales team meetings to discuss sales pipeline and upcoming projects. Due to the regional nature of this position, successful applicants will need to be willing to travel on a regular basis. Candidates will also require a full UK Driving License.Candidate Requirements -Experience in contract negotiation.Natural communication skills both in person, over the phone and via email.5 years previous experience in selling technical/engineering products or service
