Assembly Operative
Location: Knutsford
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Assembly Operative on behalf of our client based in Knutsford. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and learning new skills within a manufacturing environment.
About the Role
As a Production Operative, you will be involved in a variety of workshop and production tasks, contributing to the efficient running of operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Assembling components from machined parts
• Using hand tools such as spanners etc
• Carrying out basic functional testing
• Supporting general workshop duties such as packing and dispatch
• Assisting with additional processes when required
• Working towards daily production targets as part of a team
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Basic Data entry

• Have some experience in assembly or a manufacturing environment (advantageous but not required)
• Be reliable and take pride in their work
• Comfortable with hand tools
• PC literate
• Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team
• Be willing to learn and get involved
• Have basic numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
