Parts and Service Coordinator

Our client, a specialist Air Conditioning contractor based in Crawley, is seeking an experienced Parts and Service Coordinator to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will be located within a commutable distance of Crawley. The Parts and Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling planned and reactive work for engineers, acting as the main point of contact for client enquiries, following up on these enquiries, and handling general administrative duties. Additional responsibilities will include liaising with the supply chain for parts and spares, managing stock levels within the warehouse, and preparing parts for collection. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the Air Conditioning, Facilities Management, or Building Services sectors. Please note, this position will involve some heavy lifting when handling orders and parts in the warehouse.
