Head of People and Culture Norwich, NR5 Full-time or Part-time considered (between 3 - 5 days per week) Circa £50,000 per annum pro rata Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK The Role As Head of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal leadership role in designing and delivering their people strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and strengthens their values-driven, high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the COO to design and implement the company''s people strategy Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations and maintain frameworks and policies Lead workforce planning, recruitment and talent management strategies Oversee budgets and resource allocation for People and Culture initiatives Manage performance review processes, leadership development and succession planning Foster a learning culture through training, mentoring and coaching programmes Develop and manage compensation structures, benefits and reward programmes Promote a positive, inclusive and values-driven culture where employees thrive Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives and lifecycle documentation Lead DEI strategy, embedding inclusivity across all HR practices Anticipate People and Culture risks and manage organisational
