Supporting sales reps in UK and Germany and liaising with them to ensure that orders are processed correctly and that the customer''s requirements are met.Assisting with looking after a German and UK based Sales Representative and all the orders/quotes which comes from his customers.Communicating directly with customers via email and telephone to deal with queries and issues.Working at trade shows and at showrooms in the UK, and Germany several times a year, Working with freight agents and warehouse staff to organise the logistics of collections and deliveries.Arranging special orders for Key accounts based in UK and GermanyAssisting with looking after a German and UK based Sales RepsCommunicating directly with customers via email and telephone to deal with queries and issues.
