VINCI Facilities Project ManagerSub Division: DefenceLocation: OxfordContract Type: PermanentHours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to FridayPurpose of Role: Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead critical infrastructure and building projects within the UK Defence Sector? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage a diverse portfolio of property and infrastructure projects.Responsibilities

Deliver and oversee multiple projects (typically £50k to £1m+)Manage construction, MandE, and infrastructure works across multiple defence sitesCoordinate project delivery across lifecycle - planning, governance, financial control, and risk managementWork closely with Commercial, PMO and Senior Project Managers, reporting to the Project Sector LeadMaintain high standards of health and safety, compliance, and KPI achievementManage subcontractor packages and procurementPreparation of tendersQualifications

Proven project management experience in property, infrastructure, or MandE sectorsStrong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contractorsSolid understanding of construction processes and regulationsSC cleared or willing to obtainBPSS is the basic requirementBenefits
