Travel and Events Co-Ordinator: This is a unique role working for a Private Members Club taking the lead in booking travel arrangements at the best price and co-ordinating all documentation relating to the travel and events. Hybrid with their offices in central London. Paying up to £40KTravel and Events Co-Ordinator, Responsibilities: Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visa, insurance)Prepare detailed travel itinerariesMonitor travel and event budgets and negotiate rates with travel providersHandle travel changes, cancellations and emergency adjustmentsCo-ordinate attendance lists, invitations and registrationsTravel and Events Co-Ordinator, Skills Required:Previous experience of booking travel and accommodation with the ability to negotiate the best prices.Excellent IT skills and the experience of creating, managing and scheduling complex itinerariesAbility to manage travel budgets Extremely well organised, able to think on your feet and prioritise in order to meet deadlines.
