Warehouse Operative
Location: Doncaster (DN1)
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Shift: 4 days out of 7, 07:00–19:00

Ideal Recruit is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Doncaster. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, including handling goods, preparing orders, and maintaining an organised workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
• Monitor and maintain stock levels
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (where applicable)
• Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills for stock systems
• Forklift or machinery certification (advantageous, not required)
