Aspired talent are currently seeking a CNC Operative with wood work experience.Hours are Monday to Thursday Friday (Apply online only)Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate flatbed router machines for both 2D and 5-axis machiningAccurately work to datum points (X, Y, Z)Use Xilog software to run, edit, and optimise existing programsSet up tooling, including drill length and diameter configurationEnsure machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality componentsCarry out routine checks and basic maintenance on equipmentWork to production schedules and meet deadlinesSkills and Experience Required:Proven experience setting and operating CNC routers such as SCM, BIESSE, HOMAG, or similarStrong understanding of machining principles and datum referencingExperience with Xilog programming software (or similar CNC software)Ability to read and interpret technical drawingsKnowledge of woodworking machinery is highly desirableStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (dependent on experience)Stable, full-time positionOpportunities for training and developmentSupportive and professional working environmentIf you are a reliable and experienced CNC operator looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
