Land and New Homes Email Marketing Executive We''re looking for an innovative thinker who has an interest in the latest communication tools and is keen to share their own ideas, experience and problem-solving skills to take our email marketing to the next level. This role would suit a highly organised individual who has some experience in HTML and email analytics and who will support the Land and New Homes email marketing team with delivering the email strategy. You will be responsible for running Land and New Homes email marketing campaigns end-to-end across multiple brands and developments. Main Responsibilities: You will be passionate about ensuring the customer receives the right message at the right time, with a focus on optimizing existing New Homes development email campaigns, as well as developing and launching new ones. Deliver all email campaigns in line with the New Homes schedule calendars; including creative direction and copy. You will deliver increased personalisation, segmentation and relevancy in all emails. Work with New Homes stakeholder to craft the email campaigns and ensure all emails are scheduled and delivered to brief. Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling. Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalisation and advanced features. Ensure target audiences and data are accurate and relevant. Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
