A leading tech client of ours is currently in the market for a Microsoft 365 Migration Consultant to work within a new project. You will be responsible for Lead design and execution of migration processes using tools (ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest, Metalogix, BitTitan, Binary Tree, Mover, Migration Manager, HCW, PST import/export). Key Responsibilities:Analyse file server data to identify ROT content and map structures to Microsoft 365 destinations.Conduct pre/post-migration checks (data integrity, permissions, access, mail flow).Plan and manage migration waves to minimize downtime.Configure/manage hybrid Exchange environments and coexistence (ADFS, Azure AD Connect, HCW).Troubleshoot migration issues (mail flow, directory sync, Outlook connectivity, data errors).Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards (GDPR, ISO 27001).Drive user readiness and adoption through stakeholder and change management engagement.Provide escalation support during critical phases and post-migration hypercare. Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience delivering large-scale migrations to Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online).Strong knowledge of:File server environments (NTFS, SMB).Exchange Server (2019) and Exchange Online.Microsoft 365 services and architecture.Directory sync (Azure AD Connect, ADFS).Migration tools (ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest, Metalogix, BitTitan, Binary Tree, Mover, Migration Manager).Proficient in PowerShell scripting for aut
