Document Controller (Procore EDMS)Turnkey Main Contractor Central/ East LondonFlexible and Competitive - Day rate Immediate Interviews We re looking for a Document Controller to join a leading Main Contractor on an £18.5m fit-out project in Canary Wharf. 4-month contract, potential to go permanent Experience with Procore essential Main Contractor background preferred Site-based, 5 days per week Key Responsibilities: Updating and maintaining drawing registers and making sure they are up to date. Generating document numbers. Managing work flows. QA checking drawings and documents daily. Sending transmittals. Experience setting up Procore EDMS system for sites. Collating OandM Manuals. Ensuring DC''s on other projects are set up daily. Being point of contact for any DC related issues on site. Other: Reporting, Purchase Orders, Accounts assistance, General office admin and support.
