Audit Director RI - Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth

Drive the strategic growth of the audit team.

Develop and implement business development strategies.

Foster an inclusive and high-performing culture.

Audit Quality

Deliver and sign off high-quality audits.

Maintain a high audit quality rating.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Team Leadership

Coach and mentor audit teams to success.

Build and maintain long-standing client relationships.

Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Audit Director RI - Experience Required

Qualified Responsible Individual (RI) status.

Proven experience in delivering high-quality audits in the listed or larger mid-market space.

Strong leadership and team development skills.
