The RoleAs a Senior QS, you\''ll be a key player in delivering projects across all stages — from pre-contract to final account. You\''ll manage cost planning, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on JCT and Design and Build contracts.

What We\''re Looking For

2-4+ years\'' experience in a Quantity Surveying role

Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings

Experience leading post-contract meetings

Employer\''s Agent experience (a bonus, not a deal-breaker)

Chartered or working towards chartership (MRICS)

A proactive, adaptable mindset and a genuine passion for the built environment
