Job Title: Business Development Consultant
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: -25,000 base + uncapped commission & bonuses
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (no Saturdays)
Contract: Full-time, office-based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Consultant to join a growing property agency based in Canary Wharf. The role is client services focused-acting as the first point of contact with landlords and vendors.

The consultant will manage inbound leads, work through a comprehensive database, and utilise platforms such as Rightmove to identify and engage new opportunities.

• Manage inbound leads and conduct proactive outreach using the company database

• Contact landlords and vendors via phone and email to introduce services

• Identify and engage new opportunities through platforms such as Rightmove

• Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up using Excel and CRM tools

• Qualify opportunities and help win instructions for both sales and lettings

• Provide general support across client services and administration as required

• Driven and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach

• Smart, professional, and well-presented

• Excellent communication and client interaction skills

• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail

• Advanced Excel skills (essential)

• Able to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment

• Base Salary: -25,000

• Commission:

• 10% of lettings fees generated from consultant''s introductions

• 10% of sales commission from properties introduced

• -100 bonus for every successful instruction

• Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays
