Chief Information Officer

Overview
As CIO, you will lead on digital and technology across the Trust. You will work in close partnership with clinical, operational, and corporate leaders to shape and deliver a digital vision that enhances patient care, empowers staff, and supports service transformation. You will also play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with collaborative and external partners, including the ICB, local authorities, voluntary sector organisations, and national NHS bodies to ensure our digital strategy is collaborative, future-proof, and aligned with wider system goals.You will be responsible for:Delivering the Trust\''s technology strategy and roadmap in line with our digital and organisational goalsIdentifying and implementing emerging technologies to support innovation and transformationLeading the modernisation and optimisation of workflows through digital solutionsEnsuring cyber resilience and the integrity of critical infrastructure, including networks, cloud platforms, telephony, and service desk operationsEmbedding a proactive, performance-driven culture across technology teamsEngaging meaningfully with clinicians, frontline staff, and service users to co-design digital solutions that work in real-world settingsEnsure relevant legal and statutory obligations are fulfilled in the delivery of digital services

We\''re seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in technology transformation.
