This role will focus on taking innovative product ideas from concept through to successful production and market launch.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the full product lifecycle, ensuring new products are developed efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered to market successfully.This position would suit someone who is mechanically minded, comfortable working with technical drawings and design documentation, and experienced in bringing new products to market.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, from concept through to production and launch.Work closely with engineering, design, production, and commercial teams to ensure smooth product development.Review and interpret technical drawings and design documentation to support product development and manufacturability.Coordinate prototype development, testing, and validation activities.Ensure new products are developed in line with cost, quality, and time objectives.Identify and resolve potential technical or production challenges during the development process.Support the transition of products from development into full-scale production.Maintain clear project timelines and ensure stakeholders are kept informed throughout the
